    Mic-Mac Insurance Brokers Ltd was incorporated in 2005 under the Companies And Allied Matters Act 1990 with Authorised Share Capital of N5,000,000.00 divided into 5,000,000.00 ordinary shares of one naira (N1.00) each. In 2006, the Company became member of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and certificated as an insurance broker by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) in 2007.
